Harvest Festival Volunteer Sign Up

It takes a small army of volunteers to conduct our Harvest Festival of Arts and Crafts each year on Paradise Green. NOW is the time when we must
ask all members and friends to step forward, as they are willing and able, for our 40th annual event coming up on Sunday, September 24th.

Our Harvest Festival is a time when our church family comes together to provide a fun fall event for the community!
A nice variety of artisans have been recruited to show their talents this year. Al Post is our captain of logistics in charge of seeing that tables, chairs, and supplies are moved a block down the street to Paradise Green in time for an early Sunday morning “set-up” at 7:30 a.m. and then packing up and moving everything back to the church when HF ends at 4 p.m. Jennifer Winschel and Marty Rising will be coordinating the sale of books and DVD’s. Sarah Miller and Barbara Hunyadi will be overseeing the sale of attic treasurers. Peter Morse and Ellen Hardy will be rounding up performers to provide musical entertainment from the gazebo. Debby Parsons will be slicing and selling her heavenly cheese cake from the home baked goods table, and Jeanie Schoenleber and Myra Healy will be coordinating our popular bake sale. Ben Schober will be running our morning coffee stand. We do not yet have anyone to organize children’s games in the afternoon when families with small children start arriving. If you would be willing to help with the children’s games, please email jinnysmith at aol dot com asap.
