Caring

The Caring Group helps members and friends who are temporarily indisposed. The group prepares meals, shops for necessities, even provides child- or elder-care in an emergency, and can provide guidance in selecting long-term caregivers. Anyone interested in taking part is urged to contact the Fellowship Committee.

Hospitality

The hospitality group coordinates food and beverage preparation for church functions: enlisting volunteers to host each coffee hour; and overseeing potluck and catered dinners. Anyone interested in taking part is urged to contact the Fellowship Committee.

Membership

The membership group keeps track of membership data and provides support and information to new friends and prospective members. The group aids the minister with the NewU program, coordinates mentoring, and helps conduct new-member sign-up ceremonies. Anyone interested in taking part is urged to contact the Fellowship Committee.

Schedule of committee meetings

The Membership and Fellowship Committees meet together once a month during the church year. The time and date of the meetings is available in the Drummer newsletter and on the church bulletin board.
