Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee acts as an advisor to the Board of Trustees, Religious Education and Music Committees. It develops and evaluates personnel policies and procedures to insure fair and consistent employee relations, compliance with pertinent employment laws and regulations and the continuity of a professional staff. It also writes job descriptions and recruits candidates for non-ministerial vacancies.

The Committee seeks to promote and nurture professional growth of our staff in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.

Your experience ... either as an employer or an employee ... helps identify the best practices and incorporate them into our employee relations.
